As all products sold through our store are digital downloads, no physical items are shipped.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after a purchase has been completed and files have been downloaded.
Digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical products. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase.
Exceptions
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:
- You received the wrong file
- A file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The download link is not working
- You are unable to access your purchased files
- The files do not match the product description
In these situations, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Request Assistance
If you need support regarding your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your order.

- A description of the issue
- Screenshots if applicable

Resolution Process
Once we receive your request, we aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.

All artwork is sold for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
